1. Gold Leather sole
Half of all Comme il Faut shoes these days have this beautiful (hard) leather golden sole.
The gold foil is for the looks (making these beauties even more
beautiful), and will come off where you stand on. But the shoes are
leather sole, and considered most slippery compared to both other sole
types.
2. Brushed Leather Sole
The other half of all the Comme il Faut shoes have this soft leather sole.
This is leather made rough by machine. We would call this something half way cosi/chromo sole and leather sole.
Please note these soles come new with a plastic shop-protection-layer that needs to be pealed off before use.
3. Suede / Cosi Sole
Cosi or Cromo is a different leather. And are considered classic dancing
soles (latin/ballroom) It is leather scrubbed intensively so the
leather gets an open structure.
The cosi/chromo is the most rough sole of all four. Comme il Faut does
not use these cromo/cosi soles often. You will see most suede/cosi soles
on the Lisadore Comfort Collection.
