1. Sales Items,
Pre-Order Items and Custom Orders
All Pre-Order shoes start their name with "Pre-Order" plus the name of the product.
All Custom Order shoes start their name with "Custom
Order" plus the name of the product.
All Sales shoes have the word "SALES" added
to the product name.
All SALES items, shoes or clothes, Pre Order shoes
and Custom Order shoes CAN NOT be returned.
Please understand,
although we want everybody to be happy, the costs & effort put into these
items are not reflected in the sales-price, and thus these
items come
with no or very limited return services.
We can not ánd
deliver these handcrafted shoes for these low prices ánd offer service on it.
One should consider that SALES and Custom Order items are for people that
already know their size.
If you want service please consider buying normal priced items.
2. Return Policy
for people living WITHIN the European Union
Shoes and Clothes can
only be returned if you inform us within 14 days after receiving them.
Please contact us at
shoes@lisadore.com for returning shoes and clothes.
You will
need to ship the shoes back directly, at your own cost, to the address below.
You can use your local Postal service, although we prefer DHL Parcel. To avoid problems please
use a service with a tracking code, so both you and us know
where the parcel is.
As an
Extra Service we will ship you a new pair at our costs. So you can obtain your beautiful
correct pair in the desired brand, colour, size or heel height.
We have monthly stock updates, in case you do not find that beautiful new pair immediately.
Your store-credit remains valid
for 12 months maximum.
If however you do not wish to receive our new beautiful shoes, than the order can be
refunded minus the real shipping costs that we paid DHL or PostNL for
shipping the shoes to you and
minus Euro 5,- restocking fee and transaction costs.
Important: Shoes can only be returned when they are
unworn and undamaged.
Shoes can only be tried on, on a
carpet. And they should only receive your highest care.
The Comme il Faut shoes with a Golden Sole can only be tried on, not walked or
turned on, as the golden foil vanished on the part that is walked on.
In that case we cannot take the shoes back.

3. Return Policy for people living OUTSIDE the European Union
(This includes UK/Switzerland/Norway too)
For clients living
outside of the
EU, we ONLY accept returns shipped through our own operator /
DHL Express contract.
This has five major advantages:
- Return parcels are picked up from your
location, at your door, by DHL Express, at a time
that is convenient for you.
- For most people the return shipment costs
will be much cheaper under our DHL contract, then using local
shippers.
- Shoes do not get lost on their way back, leading to all
sorts of huge problems.
- All horrendous troubles at EU-Customs and
Dutch Postal Services are avoided.
We often pay absurd additional costs of Euro 80,- and 120,- euro on taxes, import duties, handling fees etc. ect. to EU-Customs Controls.
Only to receive our own orders back.
Parcels are getting lost all the time with Postal Services, and the whole process often takes weeks or months.
So therefor returns are only accepted through our own DHL Express contract.
If a client chooses to ship goods back on their own account, please be aware that ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS will be charged on the clients behalf. - The return process is super fast and
accurate, if you follow the procedure.
Shoes can only be returned within 14 days after receiving them.

After contacting us please purchase the DHL Express Return label for your
region here: https://lisadore.com/special-products/
We then book your
Returns in
our DHL Express system. After this, you automatically receive the DHL shipment
Label, by email from DHL, that you will need
to stick to
the parcel.
(Note: Out of Area locations will lead to extra
costs).
Next, you
can contact DHL and arrange the pickup moment at your location, on a moment
that suits you.
Important: You must use the smallest possible packaging for
returning shoes, otherwise DHL charges double prices for the shipping and this
will be deducted
from your balance.
For single pair orders you can use the box that you received the shoes in. For
more than one pair, please contact us what to do, as the box must be packed to
an absolute, absolute minimal
size, as the shipping costs are beyond absurd these days.
Important: Shoes can only be returned when they are unworn and undamaged.
Please handle the shoes with only
the highest care. Shoes can only be tried on, on a carpet. Not walked on, turned on, nor danced on.
The Comme il Faut shoes with a Golden Sole can only be tried on while sitting and standing up, not walked on, turned on, nor danced on, as the golden foil
vanished on the part that is
walked on. Please remember this, as it is
imperative in being able to refund you or in sending you another pair.
You can select any other pair, heel height, size or colour. We pay up to
20,- Euro for shipping your new pair, as an Extra Lisadore Service. If the
shipping costs
are higher we will ask you to pay the shipping difference. The
shipping costs are so high and absurd these days that, after 25 years of top-level
Return Service, unfortunately we can not continue offering this highest
service level for returns anymore.
We ask for your
understanding with this, if the shipping costs exceeds 20,- Euro for you to receive your new shoes.
If you used a Discount Coupon with your order, this amount will be deducted from the 20,- Euro and contributes towards the shipping of the new pair.
If you do not wish to receive new shoes, then the order can be refunded minus the real
shipping costs that we have paid to DHL or PostNL for shipping you the
goods, and
minus Euro 5,- restocking fee and transaction costs.
4. Time Frames
All given time frames
on our website are average estimates. We base these on our experience, but
Production time and Shipping time can vary due to all havoc
in the world, and
the after-effects of government restrictions and demands. Please understand as we were faced with impossible demands
during the covid
hysteria, still resulting in an ever increasing amount of
limitations and rising costs we have to operate.

6. Import Duties
Lisadore is not
responsible for any import duties or import costs, that your Country/Government charges you.
If you ship
parcels to addresses within the EU then there are no import
duties.
If you order
parcels to adresses from outside the EU, your country will likely charge you import duties as all governments world wide are in
tax-scavenge-mode
these days.
You are responsible for checking
the costs for importing goods into your country. The upside as a non-EU
resident is,
that you do not pay EU/Dutch VAT,
therefor all items you buy are 21% lower in
price than
people living inside the EU have to pay.
7. Pre-Order /
Custom Made Shoes
The given time frame
for Custom made shoes and Pre-Order shoes is 6 to 8 weeks. Most orders are
made within this time frame.
Sometimes we get waves of pre-orders and custom orders so delays are possible.
Post covid hysteria we also live in an entirely different world, production
wise. Please understand we were, and are faced, still to this very day, with unprecedented demands and restrictions
form governments, leading to a
complete destruction of supply chaines and
skilled labour, making everything three times more difficult and
expensive.
But... we will not do or deliver half work, so if it takes a few weeks more, then it is what it is.
8. Handcrafted
Shoes!
The shoes you are
about to purchase are Handcrafted Shoes.
Not machine shoes, not production shoes... but handcrafted shoes. That means you are
buying the Highest Quality, Highest Labor Intensive shoes.
These are unique, genuine authentic hand-made shoes, made by real craftsmen with real
lives and real jobs. Hours and hours of effort and hard labour are
put into making these shoes. And only the very best, most experienced, shoe-makers are
capable doing this. All our shoes are hand cut, stitched, hammered,
glued,
drilled, stapled, re-glued, and re-hammered together. As
it is so labour intensive, we can
only make a limited number of pairs per day.
And this beautiful process takes
several days where the shoes are born/hammered into existence.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: We are not Amazon nor
Alibaba. We do not sell 'perfect looking' machine mass produced shoes
where labour and materials are
abused. Our shoes are made to dance on, and although
very elegant, they are never made to 'look perfect'. We sell shoes that will have 1500
imperfections,
that is why they are so good. Made for your feet and made for
the dance floor.
PLEASE ALSO UNDERSTAND: Some people have high
fantasies about what we are. We are not a Multinational. Yes we do deliver worlds
finest dancing shoes.
But we are only a tiny boutique store. And one of the last
stores in the world that still offers handcrafted shoes/dancing shoes. Soon
everything in the world will
come from mass production, and all craftsmanship will be gone, if we let
governments continue on their destructive paths. Please appreciate what we do,
that
we are still here in this world economic environment, and that we are here
to offer you something unique.
