If you wish to return goods from the United States or Canada please purchase this product.
After ordering this product DHL will pick up the shoes from your location and return in to us.
Once you order this product you will be emailed the correct Returning labels that you need to add (glue or tape) to the parcel when it is picked up. These specific labels handle all correct return shipping and Customs Handling when entering the EU.

Important
If you do not use this DHL service and you ship with other companies or other services then your parcel will be lost, or charged with up to 65 Euro extra Import duties by Dutch/EU-Customs on entry into the EU. These costs will then be directly deducted from your store credit. My apologies if we sound strict on this, but we paid absurd and impossible amounts of Customs fees and duties in the past.
